Returns


If you’re not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that the jewelry is free from any signs of wear or damage.

Exchanges


If you would like to exchange your item for a different piece or size you may do so within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.

How to Return or Exchange?

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return or exchange.

  3. You’ll receive instructions on how to return the jewelry to us.

  4. Returns and exchanges must be sent back at your expense unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your return is rejected, we will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange at no extra cost.
